  • 摘要: 既有建筑绿色改造是建设领域实现“碳中和碳达峰”目标、推进高质量发展战略的关键之举,决策主体的科学有效协同有助于项目高效实施与市场健康发展。从市场治理视角切入,对比国内外相关理论研究动态,分析主体决策协同复杂特殊性,论证主体决策协同影响机理与路径优化研究的必要性与意义,规划与设计研究目标与内容,阐述研究思路,拟定研究技术路线,构建研究框架,丰富既有建筑绿色改造主体行为决策理论,为相关既有建筑绿色改造政策提供理论依据与实践指向,助推我国既有建筑绿色改造事业长效发展。

     

    Abstract:   
      Green retrofit of existing buildings is a key move to achieve the goal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peak" in the construction field and to promote the strategy of high-quality development, and the scientific and effective synergy of decision-making bodies contributes to the efficient implementation of the project and the healthy development of the market. We start from the perspective of market governance, compare the related theoretical research dynamics at home and abroad, analyse the complexity and specificity of the subject decision-making synergy, demonstrate the necessity and significance of the research on the mechanism and path optimization of the subject decision-making synergy, plan and design the research objectives and contents, elaborate the research ideas, formulate the research technical route, and construct the research framework, so as to enrich the decision-making theory of the subject's behaviour in the green renovation of the existing buildings, and provide a theoretical basis and practical basis for the related policies of green renovation of the existing buildings. It provides theoretical basis and practical direction for relevant policies of green transformation of existing buildings, and promotes the long-term development of green transformation of existing buildings in China.
