Abstract:
In order to promote the two-way empowerment of the construction industry and the information industry, and realize the full implementation of smart construction site digital technology, based on the relevant literature and the current situation of smart construction site digital technology adoption, 20 specific influencing factors were identified from the three dimensions of physics, affairs and human affairs with reference to the WSR theory, and the importance and hierarchical relationship of each influencing factor were analyzed through the DEMATEL-ISM method. The results show that government incentive policies are the most fundamental influencing factor and an important starting point for controlling the adoption of digital technology in smart construction sites. Based on the research results, targeted suggestions are put forward to improve the willingness to adopt digital technology in smart construction sites.
