An analysis of the energy-saving renovation of existing farmhouses in Guanzhong area based on DeST

  • 摘要: 2022年中国建筑能耗与碳排放研究报告显示,全国建筑全过程能耗总量占全国能耗总量的45.5%,既有农宅能耗总量又占全国建筑能耗总量的26.8%,因此对于既有农宅的节能改造十分必要。文章以关中地区某农村住宅为研究对象,利用DeST-h软件对既有农宅的建筑负荷进行模拟分析,探究外围护结构节能造对建筑能耗的影响,通过对比分析提出了三种节能性较高且成本合理的节能改造方案,节能效率分别达到了43.29%、52.06%和56.02%。

     

    Abstract: According to the 2022 China Building Energy Consumption and Carbon Emissions Research Report, the total energy consumption of the whole process of buildings in China accounts for 45.5% of the total energy consumption of the country, and the total energy consumption of both rural houses accounts for 26.8% of the total energy consumption of buildings in the country, so it is necessary for the energy-saving renovation of existing rural houses. Taking a rural house in Guanzhong area as the research object, this paper uses DeST-h software to simulate and analyze the building load of the existing farmhouse, explores the impact of energy-saving construction of the outer envelope structure on the energy consumption of the building, and proposes three energy-saving renovation schemes with high energy saving and reasonable cost through comparative analysis, and the energy-saving efficiency reaches 43.29%, 52.06% and 56.02% respectively.
