Abstract:
In order to break the digital dilemma of construction enterprises, effectively improve the digital transformation performance and accelerate the digitalization to empower construction enterprises, this paper builds the underlying logical analysis framework of "resource base - dynamic capability - digital transformation performance" based on the dynamic capability theory, introduces organizational agility as the intermediary variable, and takes environmental dynamics as the moderating variable.Explore the internal mechanism of transformational leadership on the digital transformation performance of construction enterprises.The results show that transformational leadership and its four sub-dimensions (moral model, vision motivation, personalized care and leadership charisma) have positive effects on digital transformation performance.Transformational leadership not only has a direct impact on digital transformation performance, but also has an indirect positive impact on organizational agility through the partial mediating effect of organizational agility and its two sub-dimensions (market utilization agility and operational adjustment agility).Environmental dynamics positively moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational agility, organizational agility and digital transformation performance of construction enterprises.
