Research on fine operation decision-making of thermal power enterprises based on LSTM coal prediction model

  • 摘要: 火电企业精细化经营旨在降本增效和提升竞争力。通过经营模型建立起企业生产及经营指标的联系。以边际贡献的计算方式,对供电煤耗(Mgd)、入厂煤标煤单价(Crcb)等影响成本的敏感参数开展精细化计算,得出企业的经营状况。通过基于线性回归和LSTM的煤炭预测模型开展上述精细化计算,最后,以湖北省某火电厂历史连续煤炭采购月度价格32个数据为例,采用所提方法给出了合理的煤炭采购策略,实现了企业经营收益的最大化。

     

    Abstract: The refined operation of thermal power enterprises aims at cost reduction, efficiency and competitiveness. The linkage of enterprise production and operation indexes is established through the operation model. With the calculation of marginal contribution, we carry out the refinement calculation on the sensitive parameters affecting the cost, such as the coal consumption of power supply (Mgd) and the standard coal unit price of incoming coal (Crcb), to derive the enterprise's operation status. The coal prediction model based on linear regression and LSTM is used to carry out the above refinement calculations, and finally, the proposed method is used to give a reasonable coal procurement strategy by taking 32 data of historical continuous monthly coal procurement prices of a thermal power plant in Hubei Province as an example, which achieves the maximization of the enterprise's operating income.
