Abstract: The post evaluation of investment projects is an important means to improve the level of decision-making, management and investment efficiency to any enterprise. By using modern management methods (PDCA cycle method) and combining with the collaborative form process of enterprise portals, customizing and implementing the informatization preparation and review of post evaluation reports can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of post evaluation, evaluate implementation effect, enhance the scientificity of decision-making and project management efficiency.
