  • 摘要: 通过PERT技术与流程再造理论相结合,将项目实施各阶段视为流程,将ECRS分析法作为项目管理流程再造的一般方法和步骤,重点通过PERT技术作为量化工具,有效解决传统流程再造前后无量化对比的问题,最后以北方地区某建设主管单位作为实践案例,结果表明再造方法操作简洁,再造过程可多角度调整,再造效果可量化检验,可操作性强。适用于解决组织结构扁平化趋势下管理人员少,项目数量多的现实矛盾,最终实现组织体系高效运行,业务工作高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: Through the combination of PERT technology and process reengineering theory, each stage of project implementation is regarded as a process, ECRS analysis method is taken as the general method and step of project management process reengineering, and PERT technology is emphasized as a quantitative tool to effectively solve the problem of no quantitative comparison before and after traditional process reengineering. Finally, a construction supervisor in northern China is taken as a practical case. The results show that the reconstruction method is simple in operation, the reconstruction process can be adjusted from multiple angles, the reconstruction effect can be quantified and tested, and the operation is strong. It is suitable for solving the practical contradiction of fewer managers and more projects under the trend of flat organizational structure, and finally realizing the efficient operation of organizational system and high-quality development of business work.
